Sales Representative with Potential to Grow (SRBY)
Responsibilities:
CV Swissa is currently looking for a Sales Representative with potential to grow to higher levels within the organization in the middle/ long term.
As a SMB (Small Medium Business) the organization can provide learning experiences related to many aspects of sales and marketing for the Sales Representative. With on the job training the Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating new relations with customers, maintaining current relations with customers, creating new opportunities, promoting brands/ products and initiating sales. In the middle/ long term the Sales Representative, if having the right qualifications, can grow to higher levels within the organization - such as branch manager, marketing manager or brand manager. For the right candidate this job has many opportunities.
Requirements:

- Age: preferably between 25 and 37.
- Preferably the candidate possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or others.
- Required language(s): English (preferably average to good), Bahasa Indonesia.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Working experience: preferably at least 2 year.
- Characteristics: trustworthy, willingness to learn, loyal, good interpersonal skills, motivated.
- Can work under pressure.
- Preferably for the future the candidate has willingness to travel abroad (seminars, exhibitions, negotiations etc.) and, possibly, for some very limited times work outside Surabaya.
- Preferably the candidate has SIM A and/or SIM C and has preferably a car or motorcycle.
